How long we keep information

  • Open Access Documentation: We operate a 'Verify and Delete' policy. Proof of eligibility is retained for a maximum of 7 days to allow for administrative processing. Once your application is reviewed, the documentation is permanently deleted from our records.

    Active Membership Data: Retained for the duration of your active subscription.

  • Cancelled Membership Data: Retained for 2 years following cancellation. (This is standard practice in case someone wants to rejoin or needs their past payment history for their own taxes).
