Open Access Documentation: We operate a 'Verify and Delete' policy. Proof of eligibility is retained for a maximum of 7 days to allow for administrative processing. Once your application is reviewed, the documentation is permanently deleted from our records.
Active Membership Data: Retained for the duration of your active subscription.Cancelled Membership Data: Retained for 2 years following cancellation. (This is standard practice in case someone wants to rejoin or needs their past payment history for their own taxes).
Financial Records (via Stripe): Stripe is legally required to keep transaction records for 6-7 years for tax purposes, but you don't have to store that yourself—Stripe handles that for you.
